How long does it take to install a traditional tent with poles?

Our experienced team will aim to have your traditional tent completed in one day, and we will only hand over your tent once you are happy with the finished article.

We are looking for a funky marquee rather than a traditional white box, can you help?

Of course we can! At Alternative Structures we like to give our clients a choice and with our range of air structures, tipis and traditional pole marquees we can work with you to provide the alternative structure you are looking for.

Will your structures leave prominent marks on my lawn once removed?

In short, no! There might be some change in colour of the grass that was covered but within a week your lawn should be back to normal.

Do I need to book far in advance?

We will always try and help with late bookings but to secure your structure we advise you to book as far in advance as possible.

Can your party structures be erected on uneven ground, patio or similar hard standing?

Yes, with our cassette flooring system we can compensate for uneven ground. Hard standings such as patios and car parks are not an issue, with a range of options available to anchor the structure.

What areas of the country do you cover?

We are based in Oxfordshire and most of our work is in the surrounding counties. Our structures and marquees can be seen gracing venues in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, London, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and Wiltshire. We also have clients on a national basis, and on occasion cross the Channel for our European clients.

Can I buy and brand a tent?

We are able to brand and sell you a structure of your choice, and we will work with you from start to finish to create the desired look and dimensions of structure you require.
