Established in 2003, we have years of experience in the events industry. This is our profession and we take our job seriously, taking great pride in bringing a customer's dream to reality.

We're constantly on the look-out for exciting new structures to bring into our product range and are very choosy about which make it into our product portfolio.

Our team is led from the front by our Managing Director, Christopher Talbot BSc. Chris has a British military background and is meticulous about planning, attention to detail and in working to strict timelines.

Chris and his team will listen to your ideas whilst offering invaluable guidance to ensure the planning stage is smooth and seamless and that the end result meets and exceeds your expectations and dreams.

Alternative Structures is based in Oxfordshire. Our structures can be hired anywhere in the UK, most frequently in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and London. We also work throughout Europe for some of our corporate clients.

Our large range of alternative structures includes:

• Pagodas and marquee pavilions
• Giant tipis
• Clearspan marquees
• Stretch tents and Bedouin tents
• Inflatable cube structures
• Traditional canvas marquees with poles, petal edging and wooden finials

We also provide standard A-framed marquees should customers want something a little more standard. But even an A-framed marquee can be decorated and branded to give it the 'wow' factor.

We hire event structures that are robust and made to the highest quality standards, meeting all British Fire and Safety codes.

Our stock is purchased from the world's leading manufacturers from all over the globe.

We are proud that much of our work is from past customers and that nearly all new enquiries come from word-of-mouth, which is a great testament.
